The World Habitat Day is celebrated on the first Monday of the month of October. In Year 3, we celebrated World Habitat Day on 2nd October,2023. Teachers explained to students the importance of sufficient shelter, water, sanitation, health, other basic services and good education within easy reach. Students discussed in pairs and came up with solutions to help homeless people around the world. They also explored the important terms of World Habitat Day through a word search activity.
