The United Nations General Assembly proclaimed 24 January as International Day of Education, in celebration of the role of education for peace and development. She shared how according to UNESCO, this day serves as a platform to raise awareness about the need for quality education for all, emphasizing its significance in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Education is recognized as a fundamental human right and a key driver for social and economic progress.  The theme for each year's International Day of Education may vary, focusing on specific aspects of education, such as access, quality, inclusivity, and lifelong learning. The ultimate goal is to ensure that education becomes a transformative force that empowers individuals, reduces inequalities, and contributes to the overall well-being of societies globally. Students also were made aware of the Education in Dubai. Students also made posters on the theme – Education.
