International Women’s Day (8th March 2024)

Students started their day by exploring and learning about the women who have achieved remarkable things around the world. They learned about the amazing contributions by Jane Austen, Sarah Al-Amiri, Marie Curie and Michelle Obama. Students also understood the importance of this year’s Women’s Day theme - #InspireInclusion - means to include all people, no matter their race, gender, or disability. Students concluded the day by creating thank you notes to the most amazing women in their lives.
